Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
Bet Pink Slips (the "App") is operated by AE Labs Inc, a company incorporated in Delaware, United States ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for personal data processed through the App and this website.

2. Data we collect
- Account data — email address and/or an identifier from Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In; display name; guest-account identifiers.
- Device data — device model, operating system, app version, language, device and advertising identifiers (subject to your consent choices), IP address.
- Approximate location — derived from IP address, used for regional compliance, content availability, and currency display. We do not collect precise GPS location.
- Gameplay data — predictions ("Slips") you place, stakes, conviction multipliers, results, streaks, Accuracy Rating, chip balance, leaderboard standings, session events.
- Purchase data — records of in-app purchases and subscriptions (chip packs, Season Pass, Pro). Payment is processed by Apple or Google; we never receive your card details.
- Communications — messages you send to support and dispute submissions.
- Anti-fraud signals — device fingerprints and behavioural signals used to detect multi-accounting, manipulation, and abuse.
3. How we use data
- Operate the game: place and settle Slips, maintain chip balances, streaks, ratings, and leaderboards.
- Process purchases and subscriptions and deliver purchased content.
- Detect and prevent fraud, multi-accounting, and market manipulation (including enforcing our rule that you may not place Slips on vehicles you are buying or selling).
- Provide regional compliance controls and age gating (18+).
- Analyse and improve the App (aggregated and event-level analytics).
- Show advertising, including rewarded video ads, subject to your consent choices.
- Send service messages and, with your permission, push notifications (e.g. Daily Slip, settlement results).
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
4. Legal bases (UK & EEA users)
Where UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (operating the game and your account); legitimate interests (analytics, fraud prevention, service messages); consent (personalised advertising, push notifications); and legal obligation (record-keeping, compliance).
5. Advertising and tracking choices
The App shows optional rewarded video ads through AppLovin MAX and its mediated ad networks. Depending on your choices, these ads may be personalised using your device's advertising identifier.
- iOS: we ask permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalised using cross-app tracking.
- UK/EEA: we ask for consent before any personalised advertising and you can withdraw it at any time in the App's privacy settings.
- Android: you can reset or delete your advertising ID in device settings.
6. Who we share data with
We share data with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract:

We may also disclose data where required by law, to protect our rights or users' safety, or as part of a corporate transaction (merger, acquisition, or asset sale). We do not sell personal data for money. Some advertising disclosures may be treated as a "sale" or "sharing" under California law — see Section 10.
7. International transfers
We operate from the United States and our providers may process data in the US and other countries. Where we transfer data from the UK, EEA, or Australia, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
8. Retention
We keep account and gameplay data while your account is active and for up to 24 months after your last activity, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Purchase records are kept as required for tax and accounting law. Anti-fraud records may be retained longer where necessary to prevent repeat abuse. You can request deletion at any time (Section 9).
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including the UK, EEA, and Australia), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent. To exercise any right, email mail@betpinkslips.com or use the in-app account deletion option. You may also complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO; in Australia, the OAIC).
10. California residents
Under the CCPA/CPRA you have rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. Advertising identifiers shared with ad networks may constitute "sharing"; you can opt out via the App's privacy settings or the ATT prompt. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes requiring a right to limit. We do not knowingly process data of consumers under 18.
11. Age limit
The App is strictly for users aged 18 or over (or the age of majority in your region, if higher). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if we learn we have, we will delete the account and its data.
12. Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring to protect data. No system is completely secure; please use a strong, unique password where applicable and keep your sign-in method secure.
13. Changes
We will post any changes to this policy here and update the effective date. For material changes we will notify you in the App before they take effect.
