Terms of Service
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and AE Labs Inc, a Delaware corporation ("we", "us"), governing your use of the Bet Pink Slips mobile application and related websites and services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher).
- You must not be barred from using the Service under applicable law.
- The Service may be unavailable or feature-restricted in some regions; you may not circumvent regional restrictions.
- One account per person. Creating or operating multiple accounts is prohibited.
3. The game and virtual chips
The Service lets you predict real-world vehicle auction and sale outcomes using virtual chips ("Chips") for entertainment.
- Chips are not money. Chips have no monetary value, are not property, and represent only a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use a game feature.
- No cash-out, ever. Chips can never be redeemed, withdrawn, or exchanged for cash, goods, gift cards, cryptocurrency, or anything of real-world value.
- No transfers. Chips and other virtual items cannot be transferred, gifted, sold, or traded between users. Any attempt is void and grounds for termination.
- Not gambling. Because Chips have no real-world value and cannot be cashed out, play does not involve wagering money or anything of value.
- We may adjust Chip balances, drip rates, pricing, game mechanics, and the Chip economy at any time to maintain game balance and integrity.
4. Predictions, settlement, and the Bid-To rule
- Predictions ("Slips") settle against publicly reported auction hammer prices or sale prices from the data sources we designate.
- Reserve not met / no sale: where a lot fails to sell, Slips settle against the highest bid reached ("Bid-To"), or are voided and stakes returned, as indicated on the Slip before lock.
- Slips lock at the stated time and cannot be changed or cancelled after lock.
- Where a result is corrected, withdrawn, ambiguous, or affected by suspected manipulation, we may re-settle, void, or adjust affected Slips. Our good-faith settlement determinations are final, subject to Section 5 disputes.
- If an event is cancelled or a result is unavailable within a reasonable period, the Slip is voided and the staked Chips returned.
5. Disputes about settlement
If you believe a Slip settled incorrectly, contact mail@betpinkslips.com within 7 days of settlement with the Slip ID. We will review against the source data and correct genuine errors. Remedies are limited to Chip adjustments.
6. Integrity rules
You must not:
- Place a Slip on any vehicle or lot in which you (or anyone acting with you) are the buyer, seller, consignor, bidder, or agent, or where you have material non-public information about the outcome;
- Attempt to influence any real-world auction or sale to affect a Slip;
- Use multiple accounts, automation, bots, scripts, or exploits;
- Collude with other users or engage in Chip-farming or grey-market activity;
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service.
We may void Slips, remove Chips, suspend, or terminate accounts involved in any breach of this section.
7. Purchases and subscriptions
- Chip packs, Season Pass, and Pro subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play under their payment terms.
- All purchases are final. Refunds are available only where required by law or granted under Apple's or Google's policies. Unused Chips are not refundable.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your App Store or Google Play settings, at least 24 hours before renewal.
- Purchased Chips are subject to the same rules as all Chips: no value, no cash-out, no transfer.
- Rewarded ads offering Chips are optional; availability is not guaranteed.
8. Responsible play
The App includes session reminders, spending limits, and self-exclusion tools, available in settings. If you self-exclude, we will close access to your account for the chosen period. If you feel your play is becoming unhealthy, please use these tools or contact us at mail@betpinkslips.com.
9. Content and data disclaimer
- Vehicle listings, images, prices, and results are drawn from public sources and are provided for entertainment only. We do not guarantee their accuracy or timeliness.
- Nothing in the Service — including prices, crowd predictions, analytics, ratings, or Pro-tier data — is financial, investment, valuation, or purchasing advice. Do not rely on it for real-world decisions.
- Vehicle makes, models, and marks belong to their respective owners; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.
10. Your account and licence
- You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure.
- We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal entertainment. We and our licensors retain all rights in the Service.
- You may delete your account at any time in the App. On termination for any reason, all Chips and virtual items are forfeited without compensation.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with or without notice, and may discontinue the Service or any feature at any time.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT RESULTS DATA WILL BE ACCURATE.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AE LABS INC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, GOODWILL, OR VIRTUAL ITEMS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AND (B) USD $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; where law prohibits a limitation, it does not apply to you — nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including statutory consumer guarantees in Australia and the UK.
13. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against claims, losses, and costs arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service, to the extent permitted by your local law.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the UK, EU, or Australia, you retain any mandatory rights to bring proceedings in, and rely on the consumer laws of, your home jurisdiction.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; we will post the new version here and update the effective date, and for material changes we will notify you in the App. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
16. General
If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a corporate transaction.
