Privacy Policy

Bet Pink Slips is a virtual-currency prediction game for players aged 18 and over. Chips have no monetary value and cannot be cashed out. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have.

1. Who we are

Bet Pink Slips (the "App") is operated by AE Labs Inc, a company incorporated in Delaware, United States ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for personal data processed through the App and this website.

2. Data we collect

• Account data — email address and/or an identifier from Sign in with Apple, Google Sign-In, or Facebook Login; display name; guest-account identifiers; home market and optional country for currency display.
• Device data — device model, operating system, app version, language, IP address. On iOS, the advertising identifier is used only if you grant App Tracking Transparency permission.
• Approximate location — derived from IP address, used for regional compliance, content availability, and currency display. We do not collect precise GPS location.
• Gameplay data — predictions ("Slips") you place, stakes, results, streaks, Accuracy Rating, chip balance, leaderboard standings, and in-app event telemetry.
• Purchase data — records of in-app purchases of chip packs. Payment is processed by Apple or Google via RevenueCat; we never receive your card details.
• Advertising data — rewarded video ad events used to credit chips. Ads are served by Google AdMob.
• Communications — messages you send to support.
• Anti-fraud signals — device and behavioural signals used to detect multi-accounting and abuse.

We do not offer subscriptions at this time. Chip packs are one-time consumable purchases.

3. How we use data

• Operate the game: place and settle Slips, maintain balances, streaks, and ranks.
• Process chip-pack purchases and deliver purchased chips.
• Detect and prevent fraud, multi-accounting, and abuse.
• Provide regional compliance controls and age gating (18+).
• Analyse and improve the App (event-level analytics stored in our own database).
• Show optional rewarded video ads, subject to your consent choices.
• Send service messages and, with permission, push notifications.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

4. Legal bases (UK & EEA users)

Where UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract; legitimate interests (analytics, fraud prevention, service messages); consent (personalised advertising, push notifications); and legal obligation.

5. Advertising and tracking choices

The App shows optional rewarded video ads through Google AdMob. iOS uses Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. UK/EEA users see Google's User Messaging Platform before personalised advertising. You can reset advertising identifiers in device settings.

6. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data for money. We do not use AppLovin, Amplitude, Branch, Firebase Cloud Messaging, or OneSignal.

7. International transfers

We operate from the United States. Transfers from the UK, EEA, or Australia use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or the UK IDTA.

8. Retention

Account and gameplay data is kept while the account is active and for up to 24 months after last activity, then deleted or anonymised. Purchase records follow tax law. Anti-fraud records may be retained longer where needed to prevent repeat abuse.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including the UK, EEA, and Australia), you may access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent. Email mail@betpinkslips.com or use Delete account on Profile. You may also complain to your local authority (ICO in the UK; OAIC in Australia).

10. California residents

Under the CCPA/CPRA you have rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of "sale" or "sharing". Advertising identifiers shared with AdMob may constitute sharing. We do not knowingly process data of consumers under 18.

11. Age limit

The App is strictly for users aged 18 or over (or the age of majority in your region, if higher). If we learn we have collected data from anyone under 18, we delete the account.

12. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring. No system is completely secure; keep your sign-in method secure.

13. Changes

We will post any changes here and update the effective date. Material changes are noted in the App before they take effect.
