1. The game

Bet Pink Slips is a skill-based prediction game. You stake virtual chips on the sale prices of real vehicles listed at public auctions. Chips have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or redeemed for money or prizes, and are not a financial instrument.

This is not real-money gambling. There are no cash prizes. You must be 18 or over (or the age of majority in your region, if higher) to play.

2. Accounts

You may play as a guest or sign in with Apple, Google, or Facebook. Guest progress can be linked to an account later. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or delete accounts that abuse the service (multi-accounting, automated play, manipulating auction data).

You can delete your account in the App (Profile → Delete account). Deletion is permanent.

3. Chips, purchases, and ads

• New accounts start with a chip bankroll. A daily drip of free chips can be claimed in the App.
• Optional chip packs are sold as consumable in-app purchases via the App Store and Google Play (processed by RevenueCat). Purchases are final subject to Apple's and Google's refund rules.
• Optional rewarded video ads (Google AdMob) credit a small amount of chips after you watch an ad to the end.
• We may claw back chips credited in error, from a refunded purchase, or from abuse.

Daily spend limits in the Store cap how many chips you can put at risk per day. A session reminder on Profile can prompt you to take a break. These are wellbeing tools, not a licensed gambling self-exclusion scheme.

4. Predictions ("Slips")

House lines are published when a lot enters a deck and do not move after that. Estimated auction end times are not extended after a listing is refreshed. If a lot sells early, betting locks. If a listing is withdrawn, delisted, or never reports a result, open bets are voided and stakes refunded as chips.

You may not place Slips on vehicles you are buying or selling.

5. Content and availability

Auction listings, photos, and prices come from third-party public sources. We do not guarantee that every market or arena has live inventory every day; some decks may include curated lots when a market is quiet. Features, markets, and houses may change.

6. Acceptable use

Do not: scrape the App; reverse-engineer the scoring engine for commercial use; harass other players; create multiple accounts to farm chips or distort leaderboards; or use the App if you are under 18.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is". Vehicle data may be incomplete or delayed. We are not a broker, auction house, or licensed gambling operator. To the extent permitted by law, AE Labs Inc is not liable for lost chips, missed settlements, or third-party auction outcomes.
